Plant Reactome is a freely accessible database of plant metabolic and regulatory pathways. Our goal is to provide plant researchers tools for visualization, interpretation and analysis of pathway knowledge to support basic research, genome analysis, modeling, systems biology and education. The database is powered by the resources developed for the human Reactome project.
